Mary has been officially adopted as of 08 Sept by a wonderful and loving family! Mary was HW positive, had whipworms and hookworms, and had been at Allendale County Animal Shelter for over a year! Shelter Animals Advocates The Heart Beat Goes On fell in love with her, with the help of Partners for Pets of Allendale County and help with funding from Raising Aid for Dogs At Risk - RADAR Dogs , SAA rescued Mary and treated her. This sweet girl hit the jackpot with her new home! She is the apple of her new family's eye and has a new human brother to play with! They met Mary at our recent Petsmart adoption event while looking for a family dog, fell in love and put in their application! Yay! Let the heart beat on!
Donald has been officially adopted as of today, 09 Sept! Donald was originally from Greenwood County Animal Shelter when Shelter Animals Advocates rescued him and brought him into the rescue. This sweet boy kept tying to find his forever home, but kept striking out...that is until now! He hit a homerun with his new home! His new dad fell in love with Donald's goofy ways and quickly decided that little Donald was the dog for him! What a perfect match!
Today 19 August, Miss Skylar was adopted into a wonderful home! Skylar was originally at The Hampton County Animal Shelter when Shelter Animals Advocates pulled her and brought her into the rescue. She went into a foster to adopt home for a little over a week and today she was officially adopted! She had a new mom (who she is obsessed with), a new grandma, and two little dachshund friends to play with! Congrats Skylar!
As of today, 24 August, our lovable, adorable pooper Tosha has been adopted! This adorable girl was heartworm positive at ACAS. Raising Aid for Dogs At Risk - RADAR Dogs helped cover her heartworm treatment and Shelter Animals Advocates The Heart Beat Goes On pulled her and treated her. She waited just under a year for her family, and now she is over the moon to have finally found them! Yay! It's days like this that make it all worth it! Happy tails Tosha!

Today, 26 August, Miss Rita (now Cate) was adopted by a loving family! Rita was originally from ACAS and Shelter Animals Advocates pulled her and brought her into the rescue. She was referred to her new mom and dad by the amazing Dr Sybil Davis and it was a match made in heaven!
